Do this and your order will be ready to go when you arrive. Our goal is to sell out daily, so please call and check on available product before venturing down to the pit, (577-4728 or 577-7522). If we miss your call, please Email us; include name, phone number, and a time to reach you. We can also vacuum seal anything we sell, including whole Briskets, Butts and Ribs, and freeze it for you as well. It's a great way to have authentic DJ'S BBQ even when we're closed for the winter!  Planning an Event? Super bowl Party? Brisket for Christmas? This feature will only be available between June 1st and October 15th, as we are a seasonal business.
