"I just wanted to tell you that the meal was phenomenal! Everything was delicious, and we had so much food left, we could have catered another wedding or two! The beef brisket was really the best I’ve ever had, it truly melted in your mouth. We had so many people complimenting on it. We have a lot of food in the deep freezer, so we can do it all again!!

Again, I thank you and though this is the last of my children getting married, if we have any other event, I will call you for a “brisket” catering!!
